Join me for an in-person Art and Heart Club Workshop. This is a dedicated sanctuary for grown women ready to reclaim their time, prioritize their well-being, and reconnect with their creative heart.
In this workshop, we will explore a prompt from the GROW chapter of the Art and Heart Playbook.
Let’s explore how aligned your days really feel by noticing the parts of your life that light you up and the ones that quietly drain you. You’ll get a simple, honest snapshot of how your time and energy match what you truly want, and you’ll start to see the small shifts that can bring more ease, joy, and purpose into your everyday life.
What We'll Explore Together:
Connect with like-minded women in a warm, low-pressure environment.
We’ll use a guided art journaling prompt to help you uncover the patterns in your days that show you what feels aligned and what doesn’t.
An Intimate Space for Real Connection
I’ve limited this circle to 8 spots to make sure the space feels relaxed and open. I want you to have the room to be your authentic self and enjoy some genuine conversation. It’s not a busy class. It’s a quiet, intentional space for us to reconnect to ourselves and to connect with others.

Tickets are $25 per person.
This all-inclusive fee covers our space at the venue and all of your workshop materials.

Bring your own favorite journal or find one at the bookstore.

No "artistic" talent required—only an open heart.

About the Host
Janice Lau Perez is the artist behind Hamletta Studios and creator of the Art and Heart Club. A mom of two young children who knows exactly what it’s like to put creativity and self-care on the back burner, she has dedicated her work to helping women reclaim those vital pieces of themselves. Through playful art and soulful connection, Janice’s mission is to show you that authenticity makes life feel easier. Her guided journals and workshops bridge the gap between who the world expects you to be and who you truly are.
Oh, and she also just really loves pigs.

🎨 Do I need to be talented at art to join?
Not at all. This workshop is about exploration, expression, and joy, not perfection. Come as you are, play with the materials, and let yourself create for the fun of it.
🧒 Is this workshop for adults only?
Yes. While we love the little ones, this is your time to step away from the busyness, enjoy the quiet, and reconnect with yourself in a space built just for you. The workshop is designed for grown women who want room to play, reflect, and create without distraction.
💺 What if something comes up and I can’t attend?
All sales are final, but you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend if you can’t make it.
I attended a previous workshop. Is it worth coming to another one?
Absolutely. Each workshop features a completely new art journaling prompt and a fresh theme to explore. Every session is designed to stand on its own, and I don’t repeat prompts so you’ll always experience something different, meaningful, and creatively nourishing each time you join.
